SimCon was established as a partnership in 1988 and became an English limited company in 2003. The members of the SimCon team have more than 20 years experience in their fields. The principal customers are Airbus, DENEL OTR, QinetiQ and The U.S. Navy.

SimCon's software products are vested in Software Validation Ltd. Software Validation Ltd. was established as an English limited company in 1993. The products are in use worldwide. Users include divisions of BAe, Boeing, General Dynamics, General Electric, Lockheed Martin, QinetiQ and The U.S. Navy.
SimCon Ltd. is registered in England and Wales, company number 4713396. Software Validation Ltd. is registered in England and Wales, company number 2812975. The registered offices of both companies are at 40 Kimbolton Road, Bedford, MK40 2NR UK.
